Zolani was admitted as an attorney in 2021 and specialises in commercial litigation with a specific focus on:

• Drafting various company agreements;
• Advising on commercial transactions;
• White collar crime and corporate investigations;
• Asset forfeiture applications in terms of the Prevention of Organised Crime Act;
• Insolvency enquiries and company liquidations;
• Residential and commercial evictions.

He acts for and against companies in the mining and construction sectors, several high-profile litigious matters relating to allegations of corruption and State Capture, and landlord and tenant disputes.
