Tania was admitted as an attorney in 2015 and was awarded the rights to appear in the High Court of South Africa later that year. She has specific focus on:

• Agreements for the sale and leasing of properties;
• Agreements for the sale of businesses and or assets;
• Various contractual disputes and assisting in reaching a favourable solution;
• Litigation for contractual and delictual damages claims;
• Contested and uncontested matrimonial matters specialising in cases with accrual disputes or where parental plans need to be negotiated;
• General civil litigation in both the Magistrates Court, High Court and more superior courts;
• Sectional title disputes from both an owner and body corporate perspective;
• Debt collection.

She acts for leading estate agencies assisting both parties to the transaction and the estate agents in finalising the sale agreements enabling transfer to proceed.

She acts for several financial institutions in the recovery of various types of debt as part of a specialised litigation approach and assists in defending against allegations of permitting reckless credit.
