Johann was admitted as an attorney in 2014 and specialises in dispute resolution, with specific focus on matrimonial and family law litigation, and his work further entails the following:

• Drafting of applications for the change of spouses’ marital regimes;
• Drafting of antenuptial contracts;
• Drafting of surrogacy agreements and the applications to Court.

He has extensive experience in complicated matrimonial law matters, specifically divorces involving trusts and related entities. Johann’s notable divorce cases include the reported judgments of Lenferna v Lenferna (2015) JOL 33655 (SCA) and N v G and Others 2018 (4) SA 316 (WCC).
