Jane was admitted as an attorney in 2019 and a conveyancer in 2022. She specialises in all aspects of estates and trusts with specific focus on:
• Administration of South African and foreign deceased estates;
• Estate planning;
• Formation, registration and termination of inter vivos, testamentary and PBO/NPO trusts;
• Drafting of Liquidation and Distribution accounts;
• Drafting/reviewing of local wills;
• Conveyancing related to estates.
She acts for private clients.
