Dhahini was admitted as an attorney in 2017 and as a notary in 2021, and specialises in commercial litigation and property related matters with specific focus on:

• Contractual disputes;
• Corporate investigations;
• Asset forfeiture applications;
• Sectional title;
• White collar crime.
She acts for one of Africa’s leading commercial property companies, with offices around South Africa and operations in other African countries, as well as for various property managers within South Africa, and she is part of a team advising various entities concerning their work for South African state-owned enterprises and related matters, including several high profile litigious matters relating to allegations of corruption and State Capture.
