Amish was admitted as an attorney in 2003 and specialises in commercial litigation with specific focus on:
• Public/Administrative law in the food and agricultural sectors;
• Public Procurement;
• International Trade;
• Regulatory law;
• Shareholder disputes / Corporate Governance and Contractual disputes.
He acts for a number of industry organisations in the food and agricultural sectors, a number of large meat and processed meat producers, retailers, importers, and exporters.
He also acts for larger participants in the Waste Removal sector with an emphasis on Health Care Risk Waste.
He has acted for the Auditor General of South Africa, a Chapter 9 Institution in Public law matters and general regulatory work, with a specific focus on elements of the Public Finance Management Act and the Municipal Finance Management Act.
